   Investment Firm Retainer Fee

The Investment Group, Inc., and our partners retainer fee is for you to hirer our investment firm and partners, along with our nationwide commercial property assign nationwide real estate agents to facilitate and negotiates at a discount asking price to purchase the owners commercial properties through the owners listed real estate agents at a discount asking price, and to facilitate and negotiates all the owners financing terms on their commercial property that they have listed for sale here below for your review and for your records, and its' as follows:

Company Retainer Fees:

​        (1.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Three (3) Commercial Properties Nationwide: Retainer Fee: $8,500.00

​        (2.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Five (5) Commercial Properties Nationwide: Retainer Fee: $12,500.00

​        (3.) Broker / Assessment Fee of Five Percent (5%) will be added to all Commercial Property Purchases and will be collected at                    the commercial property closing. 

​        (4.) Our investment firm, along with our private commercial lenders have commercial funding available, or you can bring your                       own commercial lenders to fund your company portfolio at your own discretion, and all terms here will remain the same. 

•          ​Important Note: Please note, our private investors / clients have the choice to just hirer our investment firm to facilitate and negotiates a discount asking price on any commercial property and then assign it over to our private investors / clients for purchase. Our investment firm charges a One-Time Assignment and Transfer Fee of $8,500.00, per-commercial-property that’s assigned to our private investors’, plus a 3%-5% fee will be added to all commercial property purchases and collected at the closing, and our investment firm and partners will handle for our private investors’ your commercial property funding and all closings, and/or you will have the option to bring us your own commercial property funding.
