1. Nationwide Portfolio Building Services:

We assist clients in developing robust, income-producing portfolios through the following retainer-based programs:

  • Three (3) Property Portfolio: Retainer Fee of $8,500.00 – $12,500.00.

  • Five (5) Property Portfolio: Retainer Fee of $25,000.00 – $50,000.00.

  • Monthly Portfolio Royalty: A fixed monthly royalty of $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per property for a 60-month term.
